  • How often should I seal my driveway?

We recommend sealing your driveway every two years to maintain its condition and extend its lifespan.
  • How long after paving and sealcoating should I wait to go on my driveway?

For paving, please allow a minimum of three days before use. After sealcoating, we advise waiting at least 24 hours before walking or driving on the surface.
  • Do you offer any warranties?

We provide a standard two-year warranty on our blacktop services. For loyal customers who continue to use our services, this warranty can be extended up to 10 years.
  • What types of sealcoating do you offer?

Our sealcoating options include latex sealcoating, liquid asphalt sealcoating, and brush sealing. We also offer hand application for an additional fee to ensure precision in hard-to-reach areas.
  • What type of sealer should I use?

For newer driveways, we typically suggest hot liquid asphalt sealcoating. Older driveways often benefit more from latex sealcoating. We can assess your specific situation and recommend the best option.
